Golf course club house post freeze

When a winter storm struck Sumter, SC and the surrounding areas the amount of burst pipes was extensive.

A local golf course club house was affected by the storm when a pipe burst flooding the building.

No one was aware of the leak causing the water to sit for several days causing some materials to have to be removed and replaced due to the water became contaminated over time and began to make the materials smell.

The after picture shows the club house after the repairs have been completed including the replacement of the carpeting with laminate flooring.

The manager of the club house was happy with the end result of the process.
