Mold hides everywhere

An apartment building manager called because as a tenant was moving out she discovered that behind some of the boxes that she had in her storage room there was growth present on the wall.

A scope of the loss determined that it was surface growth due the no air flow happening behind where the boxes were located. 

With the area contained SERVPRO of Sumter was able to safely remove the growth without it spreading to other areas of the apartment.

The property manager was pleased with the ability to remediate the growth with minimal time so she could rent the unit.
