Pipe leak in Sumter, SC

The damage to the property was due to a pipe that was in the wall that had a slow leak and had been leaking some time before it was discovered wetting multiple rooms.

Due to the time that the pipe was leaking the carpet and padding both had to be removed due to the fact it had begun to have an unpleasant odor and could be smelled throughout the home.

The homeowner was thankful for us coming out so quickly to address her water intrusion. She as happy that we were able to keep her contents from getting damaged by the water.
